As I was perusing through Family Christian Store on Friday, I came across a CD by a band that I thought disbanded but apparently not. In case you do not know who I am talking about, check out their website @ http://www.milkmoneypromotions.com/asu/ The band is called All Star United. You could say they are under the Alternative Christian rock genre. Anyway have you listened to a CD and just played one song over and over because it was catchy or just liked how it sounded? I found it rather humorous but at the same time laughing because how often in a secular world or pop culture people love bands and their players where "its all about me" kind of attitude how many grammy's I can win. What I like was that Ian Eskelin the lead vocalist and writer of this song said "I don't need you to adore me, cause it's all about God's glory". May that be a message be of me, that the only good in me, and the reason I am on earth is to reflect and give God glory.
