After Bible Study last night, I had a discussion with my friend Rita. We talked about prayer and being reassured that God is in control. She told me a friend told her a prayer that comforted her when she was going through a tough time. It was five words, but it was five powerful words:
Lord,
Take Care of Me.
It was simple but prophetic. God, take care of me today. In Jesus Name Amen.

How often I pray those words, or something similar... "Help me Lord" is another frequent one. Prayers don't need to be long and drawn out, sometimes our simple yet heartfelt pleas are our most honest communication with Him and that's all He wants from us... for us to realize that without Him we are nothing.
